Promotions to mod or admin will be awarded to those I deem worthy of them. They may also be requested by anyone who remains on this site for a whole year. I figure that anyone who sticks around that long deserves some sort of prize for doing so.

Only mods and admins may approve something such as a character, crew, weapon, or devil fruit. Admins also have the right to ban individuals.
