Basic Technical Jargon
A PC is a character who is created and controlled by a person on a consistent basis. They generally advance and become stronger as time goes on.
An NPC is a character who is created and controlled by a person for storyline purposes. NPCs who are allies are not allowed to be strong unless they do not help you in battle. Enemy NPCs can have any level of strength from a generic, nameless punk that gets taken out in one hit to a powerful pirate or Marine who is feared by all across the sea.
A DF is a devil fruit. If you actually joined a One Piece site without knowing what a devil fruit is, then go look up the explanation on the One Piece wikia. www.onepiece.wikia.com
Mod is short for Moderator. Moderators are one step above ordinary members. They have the right to approve new characters, weapons, crews, and devil fruit.
Admin is short for Administrator. Administrators have even more authority than Moderators. If a mod approves something then an admin can unapprove it. At first I will be the only Administrator on this site, but hopefully there will be those who are trustworthy enough for this position.
